SoFLO Volleyball provides a fun, energetic atmosphere for athletes of ages 6-18.  We teach the fundamentals of playing volleyball including all the technical skills, serving, passing, blocking, hitting, defense and what it means to be on a volleyball team.   All these skills are taught by Gold Medal Squared Certified coaches.
