Development Training Academy

(for ages 6 & above, boys & girls)

4 week Sessions per month: Fridays 4:30-6:00pm (every month thru May 2019)

This program is designed for beginning participants and anyone wanting more repetitions per skill.  SoFLO offers skill and technique training in a small group setting. Participants will learn all the basic skills needed to play volleyball – Passing, Serving, Spiking/Hitting, Ball Control, and some Court play. Each week is designed to teach a specific skill set by implementing SoFLO’s proprietary style of volleyball (which has been proven on the National Stage by SoFLO having won an AAU National Championship at the 11u Division) and progression of each skill weekly.




The following will be required in order for your athlete to participate:


STEP One:  Register & Pay (one-time/yr $50) Development Program Registration Fee

STEP Two:  Must have Notarized Medical Release on file: There will be a notary on site to notarize Medical Release Forms for an additional $5 (CASH ONLY).  You will need to present a photo ID.

STEP Three:  Monthly Session Payment

STEP Four:  Must have AAU Membership: Click here to obtain

Cost:  $110/month, must be paid at first class or $35/class if entire month not paid in advance


One-time per year Registration Fee $50 (includes SoFLO Practice T-shirt)

Required attire: Court shoes, kneepads, spandex/shorts, t-shirt, Bring a water bottle
